Below are a few of the most common questions about our service.
General FAQ's
Typically, your custom piece will be in your hands 2–4 weeks after we\'ve finalized your design. However, because each project is different, the time it takes to complete your project may vary.
Our jewelry designers will also create artistic sketches of our design concepts for your piece. We request a deposit prior to producing 3D models and renderings of your design and that deposit goes toward the final cost of producing your piece.
We stand behind our jewelry 100% and we offer a comprehensive set of warranties so that you can purchase with confidence. See the Warranties and Guarantees page under the How It Works Section.
While our jewelry is all custom designed and crafted to exceptionally high standards, we are able to keep our costs much lower than traditional jewelers who do custom work – not by cutting corners or settling for lower quality, but by finding better ways to do things and also through our extensive list of suppliers.
That's where we come in. Create an inquiry and select a rough budget on the 'Get Started' form. You can select to have an initial consultation at the end of the form, our experts will help you hone the design and therefore budget.
Order FAQ's
A 50% deposit is required once you approve the quote. This allows us to begin creating your piece. The remaining balance is due once your jewelry is complete and ready to ship.
Once you submit your inquiry, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your ideas, confirm details like materials and gemstones, and guide you through the next steps. We’ll then assess the design and prepare a formal quote.
Yes! We’ll create a CAD (computer-aided design) rendering for you to review. This lets you see the design from all angles and request any changes before we move into production.
Custom Engagement Rings FAQ's
Most custom engagement rings can be completed in as little as 2 to 4 weeks after renderings are approved, depending on the complexity of the design and material availability. Our team works efficiently to ensure your ring is beautifully crafted and delivered on time—without compromising on quality.

Surprisingly, no. Because we design and produce everything in-house right here in the USA, we eliminate retail markups. That means you get exceptional craftsmanship, premium materials, and personal design—all at an attainable price point.
Absolutely. Once we finalize your design concept, you’ll receive a detailed CAD rendering that shows your custom engagement ring from multiple angles. You’ll have the chance to review and request changes before we move forward with production.
We don’t create exact replicas of branded or copyrighted designs, but we can absolutely create a custom ring inspired by the look and feel of your favorite designer style. Our team will work with you to design a unique piece that captures the essence you love—while staying original and legally compliant.
Yes. We offer you the ability to use natural diamonds or lab-grown diamonds or a combination of both in your engagement ring. Speak to our team and they will help you make smart decisions that fit your vision and budget.
No you don't need that information right away. We can start the design process without knowing the size, you can try a few ways of finding out the exact size, one tip is to measure an existing ring they currently wear. Speak to our team for more information and we will help you every step of the way.
Shipping FAQ's
Yes! We’re pleased to offer free FedEx 2-Day Shipping on all orders within the United States. Fast, secure, and on us.
Most orders are delivered within 2 business days after completion, thanks to our FedEx 2-Day service. Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the complexity—our team will keep you updated every step of the way.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Since rates vary by destination, we’ll provide a custom shipping quote before proceeding with your order. Just reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
